Room Rates

All rates include a full breakfast – no one goes away hungry!  Rate is per night, single or double occupancy, to which we are required to add 12% occupancy tax. 2-night minimum stay weekend discount applies only on advance bookings, excluding holidays and holiday weekends.    Holiday Rates apply, New Year’s Eve, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving. The Inn is closed on Christmas.  Mid week winter rates not valid December 26 – 30. Rates subject to change without notice.

Reservation Policy:
2-night minimum on weekends
3-night minimum on holiday weekends
Single Saturday subject to availability 
Deposit of one-half total lodging, plus tax, per room
Gift Certificate valid for room charge only, does not cover occupancy tax.  Please present at check-in.

Cancellation policy
Two weeks in advance of arrival – no penalty
Within 2 weeks, up to 3 days prior to arrival - $50 cancellation fee
Within 3 days of arrival, minimum $50 or 1 night’s fee if we cannot resell the room using our best efforts
Within 2 weeks for holiday weekend - loss of deposit
No show will be charged the entire amount of stay
