Rates:
All rates include a full country breakfast! Rate is per night, single or double occupancy (additional guests $35 p/p), to which we are required to add 15% occupancy tax. Rates subject to change without notice. (Online packages and specials are not available for existing or rescheduled reservations.)
Reservation Policy:
- 2-night minimum on weekends
- 2-night minimum on holidays
- Single Friday or Saturday subject to availability
- Deposit of one night lodging, plus tax, per room
- Gift Certificate valid for room charge only, does not cover occupancy tax. Please present at check-in.
- Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard & Discover
Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy:
Cancellations/Rescheduling have a significant impact on an intimate inn of our size. Please be aware that we must strictly adhere to the following policy and cannot evaluate the reason for cancellation or rescheduling:
- Cancellation / Rescheduling at any time –$25 admin fee (plus tax) - charged on All cancellations or rescheduling
- Within 2 weeks, up to (but not including) 5 days prior to arrival - Loss of deposit if we cannot resell the room using our best efforts
- Within 5 days of arrival - Loss of deposit
- No show, same-day cancel or early departure - will be charged the entire amount of stay
Check in/Check-out:
Check in is held from 3-6 p.m. or by other arrangement. Check out 11 a.m.
Early check in from 1-3 pm available for a $25 fee (fee will be charged regardless of actual arrival time)
Additional Policies:
- Please be aware that Stonecroft is NOT a child safe inn. Under certain circumstances, we will allow well-behaved children over the age of 6.
- Even though we all love them, Stonecroft is not set up to handle dogs (or any other animals.)
- Gift Certificates issued prior to 11/24/2009 cannot be accepted (previous owner and company.)
